A2: Yes, we focus on industrial electrical products and led lighting since 2005 and have lots of big cases. we have ability and will be happy to be your official and long time supplier.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A3: Samples needs 3-5 working days, mass production time needs 3-5 weeks for different bulk order quantity.
Q4: Can I have a sample order for your products?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, which normally takes 3-5 days for delivery. Airline and sea shipping ways for bulk orders are also optional.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A6: Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A7: Step 1, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Step 2, During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
Step 3, For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
