This hydraulic power unit is specially designed for the electric basketball frame, which is integrated into a combination of high pressure gear, motor, multipurpose block, cartridge valve, Superposition valve, oil tank and other parts. It consists of two independent and typical hydraulic rising gravity descent circuits, which is used for the lifting and lifting of the rebounds and the basketball walking wheels, and the pressure compensation balance valve. The application makes the backboard and the walking wheel descend very smoothly.

Matters needing attention:

1. ensure that the hydraulic components such as cylinders, tubing and fittings are clean without any magazine adhesion before installation.

2. the viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be 15~68CST, and it should be clean and free of impurities. It is recommended to use N46 hydraulic oil.

3. the hydraulic system is suitable for vertical installation and the fuel tank is down.

4. when starting the system for the first time, check the adequacy of the oil in the tank immediately.

5. after using the first 100 hours, the system should replace the hydraulic oil and replace the hydraulic oil every 3000 hours.

6. if different parameters such as flow rate, pressure and motor power are required, please specify when ordering.
