Product Description:

The hydraulic power is designed for the plastic pipe hot-melt welder, which is integrated into a high pressure gear pump, DC motor, multi use integrated block, various hydraulic valves, oil tanks and other components. The system has external pressure regulating and unloading, and the operation of the working parts of the plastic hot melt machine is controlled by the manual reversing valve.

Matters needing attention:

1. ensure that the hydraulic components such as cylinders, tubing and fittings are clean without any magazine adhesion before installation.

2. the viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be 15~68CST, and it should be clean and free of impurities. It is recommended to use N46 hydraulic oil.

3. the hydraulic system is suitable for vertical installation and the fuel tank is down.

4. when starting the system for the first time, check the adequacy of the oil in the tank immediately.

5. after using the first 100 hours, the system should replace the hydraulic oil and replace the hydraulic oil every 3000 hours.

6. if different parameters such as flow rate, pressure and motor power are required, please specify when ordering.
