Product Description:

The hydraulic power is designed for the boarding bridge, which combines the high pressure gear pump, the DC motor, the multi-purpose integrated block, the various hydraulic valves, the oil tank and other parts. It is used for the lifting of the main deck and the front plate of the bridge. When the main deck is in place, the front board automatically rises, the main deck and the front board are reduced by the solenoid valve. The decrease speed of the main deck and the front plate is regulated by the throttle valve, making the descent speed in a reliable range.

Matters needing attention:

1. ensure that the hydraulic components such as cylinders, tubing and fittings are clean without any magazine adhesion before installation.

2. the viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be 15~68CST, and it should be clean and free of impurities. It is recommended to use N46 hydraulic oil.

3. the hydraulic system is suitable for vertical installation and the fuel tank is down.

4. when starting the system for the first time, check the adequacy of the oil in the tank immediately.

5. after using the first 100 hours, the system should replace the hydraulic oil and replace the hydraulic oil every 3000 hours.

6. if different parameters such as flow rate, pressure and motor power are required, please specify when ordering.
